The resort fee is USD 90 per accommodation per night. It covers beach access, loungers and towels, pool and spa access, fitness centre access and yoga or fitness classes, in-room coffee, and sports equipment. Palm Heights also lends free bikes, paddleboards, snorkels and kayaks. Each evening from 5pm to 6pm the Coconut Club offers a complimentary 'drink of the day' to hotel guests.
Is the Deluxe Suite a good choice for families or couples?
Yes to both. Children of all ages are welcome at Palm Heights, and the suite provides children's slippers. The hotel has a family-friendly pool area. The king bed suits couples, while the two double beds work for a parent and child or two friends. Because the suite sleeps 3 and has no rollaway, larger families should look at a bigger category. If you are booking with more than one child under two, contact the hotel directly.
How close is the Deluxe Suite to the beach, pools and restaurants?
Palm Heights sits directly on Seven Mile Beach, and guests can walk straight onto the sand, where staff bring food and drinks to loungers. The property has two guest-only outdoor pools plus a hot tub. It also has four restaurants and bars: Tillie's for all-day beachfront dining, the Coconut Club beach bar, Yashinoki for Japanese dining, and Paradise Pizza & Shawarma.

What should I know about arrival, parking and getting to Palm Heights?
Check-in is from 4pm until midnight and check-out is at noon. Both times can be flexible, subject to availability. The front desk is open 24 hours. Guests need a photo ID and credit card at check-in. Owen Roberts International Airport is roughly 10 to 16 minutes away by car. Hotel transfers cost US$150 one-way, and local taxis are also available. Free valet parking is offered, so a rental car is not essential if you stay around Seven Mile Beach.
